Benson Adima (MBA) is a Growth & Performance Consultant, Wealth Strategist, and Author focused on helping financial institutions and service-based businesses improve performance, increase revenue, strengthen execution systems, and achieve sustainable growth.
​
He is the Founder and Managing Director of Benzima Consulting, a Lagos-based consulting firm specializing in business growth strategy, operational optimization, leadership development, and performance improvement for modern organizations.
​
Benson is also the Host of the Success Breath Wealth & Performance Summit™, a platform dedicated to advancing leadership, productivity, strategic growth, and peak performance among professionals, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.
​
Academically, Benson holds an MBA in Marketing from Ahmadu Bello University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology from RCCG Bible College, a B.A. (Ed.) degree from the University of Lagos, and a National Diploma in Management from Olabisi Onabanjo University.

He is a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria as a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB) and also holds a Certificate in Leadership from Daystar Leadership Academy, alongside certifications in Computer Education and Digital Marketing.

With over a decade of combined experience across banking operations, business development, internal audit, branch management, and consulting, Benson has built strong expertise in organizational growth, operational efficiency, leadership execution, and business performance systems.
